Product description


The internal pressure storage HFC-227ea fire suppression system is a precision fire protection device developed for high-value scenarios. Its core design adopts an in-container nitrogen pressure regulation technology, which enables precise control of the fire extinguishing agent's injection flow rate and coverage range, and avoids the fire-extinguishing blind spots caused by unstable pressure in traditional systems. Equipped with a dual-band fire detector, the system can accurately identify open flames and high-temperature hazards. Combined with a linkage control module, it can be activated within 8 seconds after a fire is confirmed. Through total flooding injection, it quickly reduces the oxygen concentration in the protected area to below 12.5%, effectively interrupting the combustion chain reaction.
In terms of environmental performance, this system complies with international fire safety standards. The atmospheric retention period of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing agent is only 31 years, which is much shorter than that of other gaseous fire extinguishing agents. Moreover, it leaves no dust or oil residues after fire extinguishing, making it directly applicable to places with extremely high cleanliness requirements, such as aerospace equipment cabins and medical imaging rooms. In addition, the system adopts a modular component design. A single set of equipment has a maximum protection volume of 2000 m³ and supports multi-unit parallel expansion. Installation and maintenance do not require interrupting the operation of on-site equipment, which significantly reduces the fire protection operation and maintenance costs of enterprises. It is a modern fire protection solution that balances safety and efficiency.
